My Life management and staff have been excellent catering to the participants needs with very little notice. Staff matching was perfect ensuring appropriate qualifications and participant preferences have been taken into consideration. Ensuring shadow shifts are completed to ensure smooth transition. If they say something will be done there’s no questioning it. As a support coordinator I am provided regular updates on how the participant is going and if there are any other services the participant may benefit from.
