My Life Accommodation and Care’s support services
If living independently is a big goal for you, we can assist with this. Our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services are designed to help individuals build essential life skills but still enjoy the comfort of a supportive home environment. Whether it’s assistance with daily tasks, personal care or just finding a way to connect in the community, the goal is always to help our clients live as independently as possible while maintaining their best quality of life.
In addition to SIL, we also provide Short Term Accommodation (STA), Respite and Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) options. These services are ideal for those who may need temporary accommodation, recovery support or a safe and nurturing place to stay while transitioning to long-term arrangements.
Your mental health is also very important to us. Understanding the deep connection between emotional wellbeing and overall quality of life, our team has a big focus on delivering mental health support services that are compassionate, client-focused and built on trust. We are trained to provide holistic care, which covers not only physical needs, but also the mental and emotional aspects of each individual’s journey.
