Short Term Accommodation (STA) & Respite:
Our STA — also known as respite — gives you a safe, comfortable place to stay for a short period, while giving your informal carers a well-deserved break. These short stays, usually up to 14 days, are a great opportunity to try new activities, make friends, and enjoy a change of scenery in a supportive environment.
Medium Term Accommodation (MTA):
If you’re waiting for your permanent home to become available or transitioning from hospital care, our MTA can provide a stable and supportive place to live for up to 90 days. We help you settle in, stay connected, and move smoothly to your next stage of independent living.
Shared Living:
Many of our participants love the sense of community and peer support that comes with shared living. This option combines communal living with the right level of SIL support to help you live comfortably alongside housemates who understand your journey.
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA):
For participants with very high support needs or significant physical impairments, we help you access Specialist Disability Accommodation that is purpose-built or adapted for maximum accessibility. These homes often include assistive technology, overnight on-site support, and features that enhance safety and independence.
A Supportive Community in Yarragon
While we offer a wide range of services ourselves, we’re also proud to be part of a broader network of disability services in the Yarragon region. Nearby respite centres, like Melba Support Services in Warragul, and other dedicated SDA providers mean you have even more choice when planning the best living arrangements for your needs.
