Meet Ashlyn
House Leader
Ashlyn is a highly valued SIL House Leader dedicated to our services in the Latrobe Valley and Gippsland area. With a strong background as a support worker spanning over three years, Ashlyn brings extensive experience and a hands-on leadership style to the My Life team.
In her role, Ashlyn manages a large team of over 30 staff members, ensuring that rosters, participant calendars, and health requirements—including regular physio and Positive Behaviour Support (BSP)—are executed with precision and care. Ashlyn is extremely proud to be instrumental in helping individuals establish greater confidence, independence, and personal safety within their homes. Her comprehensive role includes staff leadership, managing daily site operations, regulatory documentation, detailed reporting, and ensuring effective rostering and clear communication across all levels.

A message from Ashlyn
Outside of my leadership role, I keep life full of fun! My spare time involves getting out on hikes, embracing my inner diva with some singing and dancing, and relaxing with some PlayStation or a quick game of basketball on the court.
I love my job because I feel good when I am connecting with people, and that’s why this work is so rewarding. Being able to support individuals, contribute directly to their independence, growth, and wellbeing—it’s not just a job; it’s the opportunity I’ve always wanted to make a genuine, positive impact.
