His career has spanned compliance governance, workforce management, and service delivery across multiple sites in Victoria.

Robin is passionate about person-centred leadership and compliance excellence. Outside of work, he enjoys music, community involvement, and mentoring others. His work has consistently focused on quality, safety, and participant wellbeing, including achieving 100% compliance in NDIS Commission reportable incident submissions and delivering a 98% success rate in external audits.
