Cyber-attacks, scams and data breaches are at an all-time high across Australia, and disability service providers are a growing target. To stay ahead of emerging cyber threats, we are introducing two major upgrades:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Security Enhancements Our core system will now operate with tighter access controls, improved data monitoring and stronger authentication processes. This ensures that only authorised team members can access sensitive information — and every action is securely tracked.
- Implementation of the Essential Eight Framework We are adopting the Australian Cyber Security Centre’s Essential Eight strategies, which are considered the national gold standard for preventing cyber intrusions. This includes multi-factor authentication, application control, regular patching, data backups and other protective layers that significantly reduce the risk of cyber-attacks.
