Anne Shines as She Steps Up to Lead
We are thrilled to introduce Anne as the new House Leader at My Life Accommodation and Care Solutions. Many of you already know Anne from her time with us, where she consistently demonstrated dedication, compassion, and a genuine commitment to supporting participants. Stepping into a leadership role is a big milestone, and Anne has embraced it with remarkable enthusiasm and professionalism.
Over the past month, Anne has spent countless hours in our Cranbourne office completing intensive training to prepare for her new responsibilities. From learning the ins and outs of participant management to understanding the operational requirements of running a SIL home, she has taken on every challenge with confidence and determination.
What has truly stood out is Anne’s natural ability to connect with participants. Her communication skills are warm, clear, and supportive, and her organisational abilities have already made a noticeable impact. Anne has shown exceptional initiative, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for creating a positive, safe, and empowering environment for everyone in her care.
We are incredibly proud of how she has stepped up and “smashed it” in her new role. Anne has blown us away with her growth, leadership, and commitment, and we are excited to continue supporting her as she develops even further within My Life.
