Traralgon, we are officially open
On Wednesday, 16 September 2026, My Life Accommodation & Care Solutions celebrated the grand opening of its new office in Traralgon, Victoria.
The occasion brought together staff, local community members, support coordinators, team leaders, and management to mark an exciting milestone for the organisation. We were also honoured to welcome Sharon Gibson, Mayor of Latrobe City Council, who joined directors Bony and Jimson for the official ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Celebrating Disability Support Services in Traralgon
Opening our Traralgon office marks an important step in our commitment to providing personalised NDIS support to participants and families in Traralgon and across the region.
The event was also an opportunity to connect with members of the local community, strengthen existing relationships and recognise the importance of accessible disability support services in Traralgon.
Right after the ribbon-cutting ceremony, guests heard from four speakers:
- Sharon Gibson, Mayor of Latrobe City Council
- Jismon, Director
- Robin, Operations Manager
- Georgia, Area Coordinator
Each speaker shared their enthusiasm for the new branch, emphasising on the opportunities it creates in strengthening local connections and extending the organisation’s presence across the region.
A Day Filled with Fun and Community Spirit
No celebration would be complete without a networking session over a meal.
Guests enjoyed a delicious catered lunch, providing everyone an opportunity to share a meal and connect with one another. Our generous neighbours at a local yoghurt shop also joined to the celebrations generously providing complimentary yoghurt.
As a way of thanking those who attended, they received gift bags, To top it all off, our much-loved My Life Care Bear also made a special appearance bringing plenty of smiles and excitement to the day.

The grand opening wrapped up at around 2:00 pm bringing a memorable morning of celebration to a close.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who attended and all those who helped make the day special, it means a lot as we begin this new chapter in Traralgon.
