Meet Kinnary
APO - Authorised Programs Officer
Kinnary plays a vital dual role at My Life Accommodation & Care Solutions, combining frontline leadership with high-level NDIS compliance. As an Authorised Program Officer (APO), she is responsible for the ethical oversight of Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs), ensuring that every support strategy implemented is safe, proportionate, and deeply person-centred.
Kinnary is a fierce advocate for the “least-restrictive” approach, ensuring that restrictive practices are only used as a last resort and always with the participant’s rights and autonomy at the forefront. Beyond her APO duties, she manages our PRODA reporting and incident monitoring, maintaining the highest standards of NDIS compliance. Kinnary also serves as a mentor to our other House Leaders, providing expert guidance on positive behaviour support and helping our entire team foster environments where participants feel safe, heard, and empowered.

A message from Kinnary
Coming from a diverse background, I have evolved positively from a shy, non-confident person to an extroverted, confident individual. I love diving into video games like GTA and enjoying fun board game nights with friends and family. I’m passionate about cooking and love experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. I’m always excited to try different foods—nothing makes me happier than a delicious meal!
When it comes to movies, I enjoy a mix of horror, comedy, and suspense thrillers that keep me entertained and on the edge of my seat.
My favorite part of my role is empowering our participants to build confidence, engage with their local community, and live truly fulfilling lives.
