Supported Independent Living (SIL) is centred on creating a secure, inclusive, and empowering environment where individuals can thrive while maintaining as much independence as possible. Our SIL service provides tailored support for daily living, helping our participants with essential activities such as personal hygiene, meal planning, preparation, and maintaining proper nutrition. Our SIL service goes beyond basic care—we focus on building an individuals' confidence and independence by encouraging them to make their own decisions and develop valuable life skills. We often provide transportation assistance to help participants attend appointments, engage with their community, and take part in meaningful social and recreational activities. In addition, SIL involves close collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure that each person receives comprehensive, holistic care that meets their unique needs. Our participants are also supported with household responsibilities and organisational tasks, ensuring their living environment remains safe, structured, and comfortable.
