We are proud to welcome Seleana as the new House Leader for one of our more complex SIL homes at My Life Accommodation and Care Solutions. This home requires specialised experience, including BOC support, non‑verbal communication skills, and close collaboration with behaviour support practitioners. Seleana has stepped into the role with confidence, capability, and genuine care.
Seleana brings a strong skill set that allows her to prioritise BSP‑aligned support, ensuring every participant’s needs are understood, respected, and met with consistency. She works closely with the care team to maintain a calm, structured, and engaging environment, filled with meaningful activities and routines that support participant wellbeing.
Her strengths in incident reporting, documentation, and communication have already made a positive impact. Seleana is proactive, organised, and highly attentive to detail. She leads with compassion and clarity, ensuring her team feels supported, confident, and well‑trained.
