Kayla
We are excited to introduce Kayla, as one of our newest House Leaders at My Life Accommodation and Care Solutions. Kayla has joined our team with great enthusiasm and has already made a strong impact across our two SIL homes in Moe. In her role, Kayla is responsible for ensuring that all house operations and rostering are completed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with NDIS and organisational standards. She oversees each participant’s current care arrangements, medication requirements, and weekly routines, ensuring every individual receives consistent, safe, and person‑centred support.
Kayla has shown impressive initiative since stepping into her position. She is proactive in chasing documentation, managing incident reports, and supporting her team through ongoing training and development. Her leadership style is fun, up-beat, and deeply participant‑focused, qualities that make her an excellent fit for our Moe homes.
We are thrilled to have Kayla as part of the My Life team and look forward to seeing her continue to grow, lead, and uphold the high standards we value across our organisation.
