Irene has been an integral part of our management team, consistently demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and a deep commitment to supporting both staff and participants. Stepping into her new role, she will now oversee staff recruitment, interviews, onboarding, training, performance management, feedback and complaints, conflict resolution, compliance, policies, and legal obligations.
