My Life management and staff have been excellent catering to the participants needs with very little notice. Staff matching was perfect ensuring appropriate qualifications and participant preferences have been taken into consideration. Ensuring shadow shifts are completed to ensure smooth transition. If they say something will be done there's no questioning it. As a support coordinator I am provided regular updates on how the participant is going and if there are any other services the participant may benefit from. My Life Accommodation and Care Solutions; continue to learn, research and build on the quality of care for NDIS participants. Working heavily with the practitioners and Coordinators to abide by the NDIS guidelines and choice and control for every participant. They certainly go above and beyond for the participants and family providing a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
